From 21 December 2025 to 5 January 2026, we were pleased to welcome Chef Luca Bazzano to ananea Diamonds Athuruga and Diamonds Thudufushi as part of the Jeunes Restaurateurs experience.
Over two weeks, he cooked once a week at each property, offering our guests refined dining experiences at the overwater villa restaurants.
Leading the fifth generation of Ristorante Quintilio, Chef Luca brings tradition and innovation together, presenting modern interpretations of regional classics inspired by Liguria and Piedmont.
